What Isn’t Included

While your treatment fee is comprehensive, certain items fall outside of standard orthodontic coverage:

• Replacement retainers if lost, damaged, or worn out
• Dental work performed by your general dentist, such as cleanings, fillings, or extractions
• Specialty procedures recommended by outside providers, such as jaw surgery
• Additional treatment needed due to trauma, poor appliance care, or lack of retainer wear
• Fees from changes in insurance coverage during active treatment
