Dr. Joseph Porter is a dedicated orthodontic specialist known for his advanced training and patient-centered approach to care. He is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles and takes the time to personalize every treatment plan for children, teens, and adults.
Dr. Porter earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the LSU School of Dentistry. He went on to finish an ADA-approved post-doctoral orthodontic specialty program and has been recognized with multiple honors from LSU, including the Baldridge Scholarship, the General Dentistry Award, the Prosthetics Award, and the Diagnosis of Orofacial Pain Award. He is also a proud member of the American Association of Orthodontists.
